The Office of the Dean of Students invites applications from Kyambogo University students for employment under the Students’ Work-Study Scheme for the academic year 2026/2027.
The Scheme offers enrolled students an opportunity to earn towards their University dues through part-time work placements within the University.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be enrolled students of Kyambogo University who:
- Can demonstrate challenges in meeting University dues at the time of interviews.
- Are able to meet or afford at least 60% of their tuition requirement by the time of application.
- Are NOT enrolled on any government sponsorship, government loan scheme, the Kyambogo University biological students’ scheme, or any other sponsorship, and are not members of staff of Kyambogo University.
- Are NOT postgraduate students. Postgraduate students are not eligible for this programme.

Applications are submitted online through the Google form linked below. Applicants may also scan the QR code on the attached notice.
Deadline
All applications must be submitted not later than Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 11:59pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
